If you have never worn contact lenses before, we recommend that you visit your Eye Care Specialist to establish tolerance to contact lenses first.

 

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS All Terms and Conditions are applied to agreements made on the olens-b2b.com website with written acceptance by OLENS™. These conditions are formally accepted by the Purchaser at the time of purchase. With confirmation of the order, you declare as the Purchaser that you agree to these conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be considered valid only after written acceptance by olens-b2b.com.

 

2.YOUR ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the checkout form for your account information (the “Account Information”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Account Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER AND WARRANTIES All items sold on olens-b2b.com are delivered in original packaging and in accordance with the information sent by the Purchaser. We are not responsible for errors in the information made by the Purchaser at the time of order. The responsibility of proper use of the lenses and following the instructions included in each product, falls upon the Purchaser.

It is up to the Purchaser to follow proper maintenance, seek eye care and to regulate the tolerability of their own lenses. For this reason, we recommend a visit to your Eye Care professional every 6 months and that you follow the advice given in the instructions accompanying our product.

 

5. VALID PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription or having at least the knowledge of your current prescription for the contact lenses that you are ordering. You represent and warrant to olens-b2b.com by placing an order that your information you enter into the Site is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your eye care professional. You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care professionals suggested regime.

By ordering online on our website you hereby CERTIFY that you are aware of your current prescription or you may contact your eye care professional to obtain such information. Contacting your eye care professional has to be given us in writing via e-mail or in writing to our postal address mentioned on contact us page.

 

6. COLOR AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

ORDER CANCELLATION


1. Cancellation Before Dispatch: The buyer can cancel any order before dispatch by writing us on sales@olens-b2b.com (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST) or by contact us on +91-97177-65526 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST). OLENS ensures full refund credit into ledger account within 7 business days.


2. Cancellation After Dispatch: To cancel after dispatch, kindly write to us on sales@olens-b2b.com (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST) or contact us on +91-97177-65526 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST). Refunds will be adjusted into buyer's ledger account after receiving of stock back into warehouse and verified by return team. After the deduction of courier charges and penalty charges of 2% + GST on Invoice value, Balance will be credited into ledger account within 7 business days.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

3. Full Refund or No Cost Exchange claim will be processed within 15 business days for INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERY claimed within 3 days of receiving the order. Kindly write to us on sales@olens-b2b.com (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST) or contact us on +91-97177-65526  (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST) with your order ID and product pictures. 

(Note:- Please make sure the product remains in their original, unopened, and sealed condition for exchange).


4. Exchange are acceptable for the damaged outer packaging claimed same day of delivery. OLENS can assist with the exchange of damaged products. Kindly write an email at sales@olens-b2b.com (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST) with order details and pictures immediately or contact us on +91-97177-65526 (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST). Exchange can only be processed within 15 business days after receiving of damaged products.

Note: If the package appears to have been opened or tampered, do not accept it and inform us immediately.

5. Exchange claims for manufacturing defects will be accepted within 30 days of delivery after submission of customer's Sale Invoice, Product Images and Packaging QR code image.

6. NO EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

Damaged due to misuse & mishandling from Customer.

Product returned in used condition.

* Damaged or opened packaging.
